Sure, there are some traditional items on the menu and you definitely can’t go wrong with classics like chicken enchiladas with ancho chile sauce, and enchiladas de mole poblano; but opt for one of the specials and you’ll be in for a treat.   From silky beef tong with green tomatillo sauce to pollo Patron, chicken smothered in tequila and topped with guajillo chile sauce, mushrooms, and cream, the kitchen highlights the many delicious dimensions of Mexican cooking.   The Michelin Guide
